Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and their customisation, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please be very careful prior to completing your purchase so as to ensure you are happy with the products chosen as once your order has been completed, we will not be able to change any details. 

In the event of the product being damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us to organise a replacement or refund. Please note that the damaged/incorrect item/s will need to be returned prior to the processing of any refunds.
